چکیده
Abstract The need for concrete is continuously increasing which also leads to a proportional increase in cement demand. percentage of manufacturing 3% per annum. Due the augmented consumption cement, emission carbon-di-oxide day by day. CO 2 accounts approximately 65% global warming among greenhouse effect. notorious impacts caused due utilization gave direction this research partial replacement class F fly ash and bagasse burnt at 1000°C conventional concrete. Comparative study performed casting mix with replaced 0% 40% 5% interval accordingly other mixes weight cured 28, 56, 90 days. Experimental investigations were carried out determine mechanical parameters like compressive strength, split tensile flexural durability aspects resistance chloride ion permeability, acid attack. Micro-structural presence peak, composition elements through X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Based on research, it was concluded that can be up 15% terms both strength aspects. Fly resulted maximum later achievement 74 MPa 30% while incorporation early attainment 61.9 replacement.

Effect of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash on Strength Properties of Concrete
The present study focuses on the utilization of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash as replacement material for cement in concrete production. Sugarcane Bagasse ash contains high amorphous silica content and aluminium ion. For experimental investigations, Sugarcane bagasse ash and its chemical properties are obtained from KCP sugar factory, Andhra Pradesh. Ordinary Portland cement was partly replaced by suga...

In this study, the elevated temperature flexural strengths of lightweight foamed concrete (LFC) containing fly ash (FA) and polypropylene fiber (PF) was investigated experimentally and statistically. The variables included were the temperature degrees (in a range of 20 to 600°C), LFC densities of 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 kg/m3 and additive content. Two mixes were made by replacing 15% and ...

متن کاملDurability of High-performance Concrete with Fly Ash
High-performance concrete (HPC) is usually produced using high quality materials. These high quality constituents drastically increase the initial cost of HPC, hence hindering its more widespread use. Therefore, the main goal of this research project was to produce a low cost enhanced performance concrete or even a low cost HPC, using low quality fly ash and locally available crushed aggregates...
